Venchi Signs Lease For New ChocoGelateria at Town Center at Boca Raton in Boca Raton, FL
Italian Brand Has Committed To A Total Of Three New Retail Outlets at Premier Simon Properties
NEW YORK, NY (June 21, 2023) — Venchi and Simon® have signed a lease for a new ChocoGelateria to open at Town Center at Boca Raton in Boca Raton, FL. It is part of a three lease deal which also includes Venchi ChocoGelaterias at The Westchester in White Plains, NY and King of Prussia® in King of Prussia, PA. All are expected to open in the second half of 2023.

Venchi offers imaginative Italian chocolate and Gelato recipes which have been crafted for wellbeing since 1878. All Venchi offerings are natural with no coloring agents, preservatives, or palm oils. Venchi chocolates contain noble fats such as olive oil and cocoa butter; are all gluten-free; and some are vegan friendly as well. The new ChocoGelaterias will feature a variety of Venchi’s iconic chocolates including Chocoviar, Gianduiotti, Cremini, Pistachio, Hazelnut, and other seasonal and year round products as well as signature Gelato and Gelatoshakes, authentic Italian coffees, hot chocolate, and crepes made with Venchi’s rich and wonderful hazelnut chocolate spread dispensed from a chocolate fountain. Venchi boutiques also feature an extensive selection of gifts and more than 50 chocolates to “pick & mix”.
